My life
A little bit about me
Hi! Thank you for visiting my website and taking the time to look around.
I grew up in Springfield, Ohio where I always loved art and doing crafts. I graduated from Kenton Ridge and spent a few years in Columbus, mainly pursing a personal training career while working as a part-time nanny and in school. I eventually made my way back to small-town Urbana to build a life with my now husband, Max. Together, we’re raising our two young children, Marshall and Murphy, along with our two big dogs, Tyson and Leon. We also own a barbershop and really enjoy the role we play there and love watching it grow!
When I’m not taking pictures, you can find me riding around town with the kids on my electric bike, spending time with family, baking bread and sweets, camping, or spending time at Norris Lake. During the day, I provide childcare full-time to my niece, Scotty, and these three kiddos keep me busy and on my toes! Being in the thick of mom-hood really puts the important things into perspective for me. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m deeply grateful for the village I have. SO blessed! I’m also a mildly “crunchy” mom so plastics and red dye #40 make me cringe!
I love this little life of mine, in my little town, with my little family, and my little photography business! So, thank YOU for being here and being a part of it, however you got here, it means so much to me!
FAQ
01. What Should I wear?
I would suggest natural and earthy tones like beige, cream, tan, brown, white, gray, olive, rust, muted blues, and occasionally black. These colors will compliment your skin tone to keep the focus on YOU, rather than your clothing. It will also compliment outdoor and indoor settings. Please avoid bright or neon colors especially red, orange, and pink. Flowy clothing is always preferred, if possible, because it shows movement and photographs really nicely.

02. what is the turn around time for images?

The turn around time will vary depending on if it is a busy season. I typically take 1-2 weeks to edit a full album, but occasionally it may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive your images. Your full album will be delivered digitally. All images will be edited for you to save to your phone, computer, or hard drive. (FYI, the images are high resolution so it will take up a lot of space on your phone if you save them all!) I do not release my RAW (unedited) images.

03. How many Images will I receive?

I will include every shot that turns out! For a typical 60 min session, there will be about 35-90 images for you to keep. A mini session will have 15-20 images.

04. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

Your full album will be delivered digitally. All images will be edited for you to save to your phone, computer, or hard drive. (FYI, the images are high resolution so it will take up a lot of space on your phone if you save them all!) I do not release my RAW (unedited) images.
